Aquatone's Flame range includes two Touring boards. These high performance boards are ideal for a simple daily ride or to push your limits. With a classic shape and performance oriented dimensions, the Flame line is designed for intermediate to experienced riders who want a high performance and versatile touring board. The drop-stitch constriction with double fused layer gives these boards amazing stiffness and allows them to excel on flat water and even in small waves .
Fused double layer technology is recognized as the premier construction process. This high-end material technology applies to all Aquaton inflatable stand up paddle boards in the Flame and Ocean range. They have a second upper PVC layer fused to the lower layer. They are directly hot laminated to the base layer and around the dropstitch. By using this technique in a mechanical way, any human factor is effectively avoided in the traditional double layer process. Since this entire process is done before assembly, it creates incredible torsional rigidity and adhesion, leading to an ultimate blend of performance, quality and lightness.
